My girlfriend rocks! I hope she continues to put up dinner and lunch recipes that she cooks around here all the time  <3



Easy and healthy meal for lunch or dinner. You can make it with less or more chicken, or if you are not a big fan of the mushrooms you can put just one cup or not at all. Enjoy!!!

  1. Cut all ingredients in a bite size and cook all at the same time in a large frying pan on the stove top until chicken is golden brown.
